Senior SAFe Transformation Consultant

For our client, active in the insurance sector, we’re looking for a Lead SAFe 6.0 Implementation Consultant. Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Direct the end-to-end implementation of SAFe® 6.0 and execute a transformation roadmap that mirrors business priorities. Executive Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior management, fostering a Lean-Agile mindset at the leadership level. Operational Alignment: Facilitate the integration between business demand functions and IT delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Portfolio Management: Establish and support Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices and guide value stream identification. Execution & Launch: Lead the preparation and launch of ARTs while ensuring long-term integration of Agile practices. Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, monitor transformation progress, and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate abstract corporate strategy into actionable, phased transformation steps. Influential Leader: High level of credibility and “presence” when interacting with senior stakeholders to drive cultural change. Resilient & Pragmatic: A results-oriented approach with the adaptability to thrive in complex, multi-layered environments. Expertise & Technical Skills SAFe Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience applying SAFe® 6.0 within large-scale, complex organizational structures. Coaching Excellence: Advanced knowledge of Agile coaching, facilitation, and organizational change management. Governance: Deep understanding of enterprise governance, modern funding models, and bridging the gap between business strategy and IT execution. Requirements & Certifications Certification: Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) is mandatory. Experience: Proven track record of leading large-scale Lean-Agile transformations. Languages: Full professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
