Job description

Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune
Manage identity and access across Active Directory and Entra ID
Design and support hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and on-premises environments
Implement and maintain SSO, MFA and Conditional Access policies
Support Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance initiatives
Manage hybrid connectivity including VPNs, DNS, routing and firewall integrations
Automate operational processes through PowerShell, Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
Support platform monitoring, patching, resilience and disaster recovery
Deliver cloud migration, transformation and optimisation projects
Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational standards
Work closely with infrastructure, networking, security and service teams to improve platform performance and reliability

Requirements

5+ years experience within Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud or Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on administration experience across Microsoft 365
Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune and Entra ID
Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments
Strong Active Directory and identity management experience
Experience with Azure cloud services
PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Good understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPNs, routing and firewalls
Experience supporting Windows Server environments
Knowledge of platform security, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
