Internet Banking Specialist (on-site)

Under the supervision of the IB Operations Manager, this position is responsible for daily wire transfers created and authorized, ACH returns and charge backs, Debit Card balance account Reconciliation, along with other miscellaneous responsibilities., * Provide exceptional customer service to bank clients by assisting in use of software for specific bank products.

• Understand the digital delivery channel as it relates to products and services offered by the Bank.
• Process, solve and answers complex customer transactions, problems or inquiries.
• Reconcile wire transfer packets
• Create, process, perform research as needed.
• Maintain and adhere to current knowledge of all financial regulations, along with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Prioritize daily responsibilities to complete all assignments and task in a timely manner
• General risk management, identify suspicious transaction, escalate when necessary.
• Identify potential violations to regulations and or procedures.
• Complete mandatory training and required responsibilities to have knowledge of complete lines of products and services.
• Review customers’ account activity to ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act.

• Cooperates with management and peers to accomplish team and Bank goals.
• Must be a team player and ability to resolve problems and conflicts
• Utilize Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and/or Power Point
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience preferred
