Mortgage Technology & CRM Administrator (Encompass / HubSpot / IT ) - Bilingual Chinese Preferred

This position will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining Encompass, HubSpot CRM, phone systems, integrations, automation workflows, websites, and related technology solutions., Encompass Administration & Implementation

• Configure and maintain Encompass Banker Edition
• Set up loan programs, fee templates, and business rules
• Configure workflows, milestones, conditions, and automation
• Manage user permissions and system settings
• Configure disclosures, documents, and closing packages
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities
• Work with investors and correspondent lenders

HubSpot CRM Administration

• Manage HubSpot CRM setup and administration
• Create and maintain workflows, automation, and reporting
• Configure pipelines, custom properties, forms, and lead routing
• Manage user permissions and team access
• Support HubSpot website updates and landing pages
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting
• Maintain integrations with third-party platforms

Systems & IT Administration

• Manage company technology systems and software platforms
• Support website maintenance and integrations
• Configure phone systems, call recording, and CRM synchronization
• Troubleshoot software and user issues
• Coordinate with software vendors and consultants
• Maintain system documentation and procedures
• Support cybersecurity and access control best practices

Integrations & Automation

• Zapier
• API Integrations
• WordPress
• HubSpot CMS
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft 365

Do you have experience in Video conferences (communication methods)?, * 1+ years of CRM, technology administration, or mortgage technology experience

• Experience with HubSpot CRM administration
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience creating workflows and automation
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Mortgage industry experience
• HubSpot certifications
• API integration experience
• Website administration experience
• SQL or reporting experience
• Phone system administration experience, * Mortgage / lending / fintech experience
• Automation tools (Zapier, API, workflows)
