Job description

Seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise platform strategy, architecture, governance, modernization, and AI initiatives for a large-scale global ServiceNow ecosystem.

The role requires deep expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem, platform engineering, integrations, AI-enabled capabilities, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles., * Define platform architecture, roadmap, and governance standards.

Lead solution design, modernization, upgrades, and technical reviews.
Architect enterprise integrations, APIs, and platform engineering standards.
Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize platform initiatives.
Drive AI, automation, and platform engineering best practices.
Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on platform health, performance, reliability.

Requirements

10+ years of enterprise IT experience with 7+ years designing and architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Deep expertise with ServiceNow Platform Architecture, platform governance/modernization, and enterprise-scale implementations.
Strong experience with AI development, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform modernization.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), security, scalability, and performance.
