Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC/RMA Business Analyst to support and enhance Order-to-Cash and Return Material Authorization processes in SAP ECC., * Support end-to-end SAP OTC processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, credit/debit memos, and customer returns.

Manage and improve RMA processes, including return orders, goods receipt, inspection, disposition, replacement, credit, and closure.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with business, SAP technical, finance, warehouse, and supply chain teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Support testing, enhancements, releases, and process improvements.
Ensure integration across SAP SD, MM, WM, QM, and FI/CO.

Requirements

10+ years of SAP SD/OTC functional or business analyst experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, OTC, customer returns, and RMA processes.
Experience with sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and credit/debit memos.
Good understanding of SAP cross-functional integration.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
S/4HANA, EDI/IDoc, warranty, or repair-process experience is a plus.
