Sr. Systems Analyst

Analyze, test, maintain, and monitor computer systems, applications, and integrated programs to support business and operational requirements. Coordinate and support the integration of computer programs, applications, and system interfaces across business environments. Identify system issues, integration gaps, and operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions and process improvements. Assist in troubleshooting system-related issues and support implementation of software fixes and system enhancements. Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, workflow documentation, and integration procedures for computer systems and applications. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process flow documentation, testing records, and operational procedures. Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and technical personnel to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Analyze user needs and existing system capabilities to support system enhancements, modifications, and process improvements. Participate in meetings with business and technical teams to clarify functional requirements and implementation objectives. Evaluate the impact of proposed system changes on existing applications, workflows, and operational processes. Participate in functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities for system implementations and updates. Support implementation and deployment activities for system upgrades, modifications, and integrations. Monitor system performance and assist in identifying opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure system modifications align with documented requirements and operational objectives. Prepare reports, status updates, and technical documentation related to systems analysis and implementation activities. Provide user support and guidance related to system functionality, operational procedures, and system changes. Assist in training users on updated system functionality, workflows, and procedural changes.

Position requires Master’s / equivalent in CIS, CS, Applied Computer Science or a related field, and 1 year of IT experience including React.js, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, JWT/OAuth, Jest, Mockito, Junit, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Position requires travel and relocation to various unanticipated U.S. locations.
