IT Desktop Support Technician- Salinas, CA

The Services Technician provides onsite and remote support for hardware, software, networking, and structured cabling environments. This role is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of IT systems while delivering excellent customer service., * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, peripherals, and servers.

• Support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Install, test, and support network equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling.
• Document service activities and resolve technical issues promptly.

• 1+ years of IT support, desktop support, networking, or cabling experience.
• Experience with Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting, and network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and structured cabling preferred.
• A+ certification or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
