Requirements

  • 3+ years of Desktop Support experience.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, networking, and Office 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system).
  • Configure, deploy, and support desktops/laptops.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; A+, MCP, or HDI certification preferred.

Benefits & conditions

$38 - $40 an hour - Contract
