Job description
- Provide virtual behavioral consultation and support for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Tier 3 behavioral interventions
- Review behavioral data and make recommendations based on student progress
- Conduct virtual consultations with teachers and school personnel
- Assist with developing individualized behavior support strategies
- Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide coaching and guidance to school staff
- Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate behavioral documentation and progress monitoring
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Experience with Tier 3 behavioral interventions preferred
- Strong behavioral assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully virtual environment
- Strong organization and time-management skills
