INTL - LATAM or INDIA - Remote - IT Security Access Administrator

A HR technology and benefits administration company is looking for an IT Security Access Administrator to join their team through December to support enterprise identity and access administration, primarily during the open enrollment season. They’ll be processing user access requests, adding & removing users from AD groups, creating modifying and disabling accounts, granting access, and closing ServiceNow tickets. The rest of their time will be spent troubleshooting, working with end users, and resolving escalated access problems.

Strong Active Directory experience. Ability to execute user creation and deletion, security groups, permissions, and OUs

IAM Experience in OKTA

User Provisioning and Access Management experience

ServiceNow exposure (tickets come through ServiceNow) GRC experience

SOC audit exposure

ISO 27001 exposure
