Job description

  • Lead and perform Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms.
  • Handle full lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
  • Define and manage CI/CD release processes for Dynamics 365.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks/issues.
  • Deliver clear technical documentation and presentations.

Requirements

  • Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Portal) - 5+ years.
  • Architect-level experience - 3+ years.
  • Azure DevOps - 5+ years.
  • Infrastructure/Network/Application Support - 5+ years.
  • Data Architecture - 3+ years.
  • API integration & authentication across systems.
  • Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years.
  • Strong troubleshooting under pressure, clear communication, and documentation skills., * Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
