Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Systems Architect & Programmer Analyst to lead and deliver on hybrid deployments, development, and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate will combine architecture expertise with hands-on development for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, while coordinating infrastructure and IT service operations. This is a blended role requiring strong technical leadership, practical coding abilities, and a focus on customer-facing services., * Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions integrated with Azure and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portal, Power Pages)

Provide complex application support, incident resolution, and proactive problem management
Collaborate across infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure robust architecture and performance
Serve as a technical customer service analyst, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
Maintain documentation, adhere to ITIL practices, and pursue ongoing Microsoft certifications

Requirements

5+ years in MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support
5+ years hands-on with Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages
5+ years in Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support
5+ years as a Technical Customer Service Analyst
Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), ITIL Foundation
