Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (5+ Yrs): Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals. Architecture & Data (3+ Yrs): Enterprise system architecture, data modeling, API design, and system integrations. Azure & DevOps (5+ Yrs): MS Azure platform, Azure DevOps, and managing CI/CD release pipelines. Technical Support (5+ Yrs): Application, network/infrastructure support, and technical customer service analysis. Mandatory Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) ITIL Foundation Certification Education & Application Notes Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent practical experience
