Job description

We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Manual Tester with strong Retail domain experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in manual testing, API testing using MuleSoft, AI-enabled testing practices, and Browser Stack. Candidates must be local to New Jersey or New York and able to work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Atleast 10+ years of experience in Manual Testing and Quality Assurance. Strong experience in the Retail domain (eCommerce, POS, Inventory, Order Management, Merchandising, Loyalty Programs, etc.). Hands-on experience testing MuleSoft APIs and integrations. Experience validating REST/SOAP web services and backend integrations. Knowledge of AI-driven testing tools, test optimization, or AI-assisted QA processes. Hands-on experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing. Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
