Job description
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Coach team members in self-management, cross-functional collaboration, and Agile best practices.
- Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Utilize technical knowledge to help teams navigate development workflows and technical challenges.
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and product goal definition.
- Encourage technical excellence through practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Help the broader organization adopt and strengthen Agile and Scrum practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, values, principles, and practices.
- Experience working across multiple Agile teams.
- Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong technical background with familiarity in software development concepts, workflows, and development processes.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and servant-leadership skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal (AMP) metrics.
