For employees, pay grading is based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Public Sector (TVöD) and, provided the requirements under the collective bargaining agreement are met, can extend up to pay grade 9a TVöD (gross annual salary for 39 hours per week: €47,013.14 at experience level 1 to €63,992.61 at experience level 6).
What are your main responsibilities?
- Managing the IT hotline and serving as the central point of contact for IT inquiries in first-level support
- Receiving, logging, prioritizing, and resolving IT issues and service requests
- Processing and coordinating requests via the IT ticketing system, including forwarding them to the appropriate departments
- Ensuring transparent and clear communication with users regarding the status of their requests
- Further development and optimization of the IT ticketing system, particularly with regard to user-friendliness, automation, and communication processes
- Analysis of recurring support requests and development of measures to improve and standardize first-level support
- Maintaining and further developing documentation, solution descriptions, and knowledge base entries for IT support, * Job security through a position governed by a collective bargaining agreement

Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or hold a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in IT support or first-level support and in working with IT ticketing systems
- You have a strong service and communication orientation and can explain technical issues in an understandable way
- You have broad knowledge of current hardware and network technologies, as well as very good practical skills in Windows and MS Office
- Flexibility, exceptional dedication, and a strong ability to work as part of a team
- An open, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Class B driver’s license
