MSP Systems Engineer

Our client is seeking an MSP Systems Engineer to serve as a support and project resource across multiple client environments. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, enjoys building client relationships, and is comfortable operating as a generalist across support, projects, and client-facing work. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT. MSP Systems Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle escalated support tickets passed up from the helpdesk team
• Own project-based work at assigned client accounts from planning through execution
• Partner with the Sales team to identify and scope additional project opportunities
• Travel to client sites throughout Connecticut 2-3 days per week

• At least 6 years of professional experience in a systems engineer or support role at an MSP
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows environments and Active Directory
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts
• Comfort managing competing priorities across support and project work
• Valid driver’s license for travel to client sites
