IT Technician

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded IT Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and providing exceptional service to both residents and employees. Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours/week Pay: $22/hour What You’ll Do

• Provide first-level technical support to residents and employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Set up, install, and maintain computers, printers, and other technology.
• Manage IT support tickets and maintain accurate equipment inventory.
• Support employee onboarding, office moves, IT projects, and community technology initiatives.
• Provide basic computer and Microsoft 365 training to residents and employees.
• Offer in-home technology assistance to residents and support resident activities requiring technical expertise.
• Assist with community audiovisual (AV) equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve troubleshooting resources and support processes.

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
