Job description

  • Beantwortung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen des First Level Support
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st Level Support und 3rd Level Support
  • Entgegennahme, Erfassung und Lösung von Störungsmeldungen
  • Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Fachbereichen wie dem Third Level Support
  • Weiterbildung von Kollegen im First Level Support

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Installation und Betreuung von Endgeräten und Druckern, idealerweise ebenfalls mit Active Directory und Azure AD
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
