Creative Back End Developer

This interesting and varied role calls for a creative and adaptable Back End Developer willing and able to turn their hand on occasion to Front End work, and any other challenge that may arise. Joining a friendly and talented team of engineers in a pleasant rural location, you would work on a wide variety of projects with involvement across the full software lifecycle.

Whilst the role predominantly involves architecting and developing website Back End software, you would also collaborate with graphic designers to create stunning and intuitive user interfaces. This would be a great opportunity for a bright and adaptable engineer to expand upon already impressive Back End coding skills to broaden their horizons.

As well as full existing right to work in the UK, you will need:

• Degree in Computer Science or similarly applicable subject from a good university.
• Demonstrably excellent Back End coding skills, experience with PHP would be ideal
• Good understanding of databases SQL and NoSQL
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and preferably some familiarity with AWS, and version control with git or similar.
