AI Engineer

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging technologies like RAG, vector databases, and semantic search. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project managers to

• Define the problem Understand the business goals and how AI can create real value.
• Design the solution Build RAG pipelines, structure unstructured data, and fine-tune language models.
• Implement it Work with vector stores, embedder models, and retrieval frameworks.
• Deploy it Help bring your solutions into production using MLOps and LLMOps practices.

• Strong Python programming skills and software engineering skills
• Experience with modern AI tools, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Ability to design and deploy cloud-based AI systems
• Problem-solving mindset, a passion for learning, and a hands-on approach
• You must be legally authorized to travel and work across the EU as required for client engagement
