Data Science Lead - Demand Forecasting

Looking for a senior Data Science Lead with strong expertise in Demand Forecasting and Retail Analytics. Candidate should have experience leading multiple client engagements, mentoring teams, and delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms. Strong client-facing communication and consulting experience is highly preferred., * Lead multiple Data Science and AI consulting projects from solution design through production delivery.

• Build scalable ML/AI models with a focus on Demand Forecasting and Retail analytics.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Lead and mentor Data Science teams, supporting career growth and technical excellence.
• Present insights, recommendations, and business impact to client leadership.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Build production-ready ML pipelines, deploy models, and monitor model performance.
• Drive innovation through AI research, advanced analytics, and organizational initiatives.

• 8-14 years of Data Science and Machine Learning experience.
• Expertise in Demand Forecasting.
• Retail domain experience preferred., * Strong knowledge of Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time Series Forecasting, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, Bayesian Modeling, Reinforcement Learning, and Graph Networks.
• Python, SQL, R, Spark.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Statistical Modeling, Hypothesis Testing, A/B Testing, and Experimental Design.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• ML Deployment, MLOps, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
