• Automate bonus calculations for a sales team of over 400 people across France and Spain
• Automate team tasks by creating innovative tools
• Implement alerting systems to identify potential issues and anticipate market changes

• Graduate of an engineering or business school
• Passionate about data and digital
• Rigorous, resourceful, and independent
• Comfortable with SQL, data processing, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Data Studio
• Good level of English
• Good level of French
• Nice to have: Data science skills
