Technical Solutions Lead Automation

We’re seeking a Technical Solutions Lead with a strong blend of software development expertise and a solid accounting background to support and optimize finance-related systems. This role requires hands-on experience with PL/SQL, C#, .NET, and Shell scripting, as well as exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) and AWS.

As a key technical leader, you’ll design and implement scalable solutions, automate business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology meets financial and operational goals., PL/SQL Development & Optimization

• Design, build, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, triggers, and functions to support core financial operations.
• Perform database tuning for improved performance and reliability.

Scripting & Automation

• Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate system processes, data migrations, and integrations.
• Streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency through scripting.

.NET / C# Development

• Maintain and enhance applications built in C# and .NET.
• Refactor existing code for improved performance and scalability.
• Promote code standardization and reusability across systems.

Solution Leadership

• Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Lead technical solutioning efforts for finance and accounting-related projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - No current or future visa sponsorship provided., * 5+ years of experience in software development, including team or technical leadership.

• Strong command of PL/SQL, Shell scripting, C#, and .NET.
• Background in accounting or experience working with financial systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and AWS preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
