[REMOTE] Web Designer

Are you someone who thrives on turning ideas into clean, on-brand digital designs? Do you enjoy crafting high-quality visuals that are ready for development and marketing use? If your strengths include UI design in Figma, web and marketing assets, and collaborating closely with developers and content teams, then this role is for you., * Web Design: design/retarget web/landing mockups in Figma following client’s brand; prepare assets (SVGs, images, thumbnails), name & compress correctly; basic QA vs. designs. Must have advanced understanding of Auto Layout for responsive components and structured frames. Experience with nested Auto Layouts and spacing systems is mandatory.

• Additional Digital Marketing & Brand Design: social/retargeting banners, ad sets, landing hero graphics, email headers, infographics, event KVs, icon sets.
• Additional Long-form collateral: brochures, eBooks/whitepapers, one-pagers, case studies; export press-ready and web-optimized files.
• Workflow & collaboration: join client/internal calls, take notes, confirm requirements; deliver clear briefs/updates; coordinate fixes with Dev/Content.
• Design systems: maintain brand styles, grids, and reusable components for consistency and speed.
• Videos: short clips with images/text/music.

Must-have

• English T2 (B2+): can join calls, take notes, write clear updates.
• Strong graphic fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, spacing; basic accessibility (readability/contrast).
• Adobe Illustrator (vector cleanup, icons, simple illustrations) & Photoshop (marketing visuals, retouching).
• Figma for mockups/components and responsive thinking. Must have advanced understanding of Auto Layout for responsive components and structured frames.
• Experience preparing assets for WordPress or similar web builds; comfortable working with Dev/Content.

Nice to have

• Basic motion/video: After Effects / Premiere / CapCut / Canva.
• InDesign (long-form) or simple AE motion for campaigns.
• Pastel/Jira/Asana; awareness of Gutenberg/page builders and web constraints (formats, compression, breakpoints).
• (Bonus) Basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
