Full job description

Red Olive is looking for a Web Designer who wants to sharpen their craft and actually show off what they can do. We want to see a portfolio with a strong eye for layout and composition, someone who knows how to use white space instead of fearing it. But design alone isn’t enough here. You should have real CRO experience and an instinct for the buyer journey, the kind of thinking that turns a good-looking page into one that converts. If you’ve got the ambition, drive, and genuine passion for design, this is your place.

The right person brings a range of design experience that can flex across different clients and goals. You can adapt fast, juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines, and run with things on your own. As a Web Designer here, you’ll be a core part of our Creative Team.

Red Olive is an award-winning digital agency based in Utah, and we’re part of the global Stellar group of agencies. We respect our people’s hard work, and we take work/life balance seriously.

One important note: a portfolio link or upload is required to be considered for this role.
