  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer SAP SuccessFactors/ HCM-Lösungen
  • Gestaltung von Integrationsszenarien und innovativen Designs im Umfeld von SAP HCM und SuccessFactors
  • Beratung von HR-Fachbereichen und dem Management zur Definition strategischer SuccessFactors-Roadmaps

Requirements

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der SAP SuccessFactors/ HCM -Beratung
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Modulen wie Employee Central, Recruiting oder Onboarding
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Anforderungen und deren prozessualer Umsetzung
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie eine eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
