Job description

  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Transformation der HR-IT-Systemlandschaft, insbesondere im Rahmen von H4S4
  • Mitwirkung bei der SAP SuccessFactors Neueinführung einschließlich Teil- und Projektverantwortung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von Employee Central, Recruiting und Onboarding
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen für den Bereich Human Resources in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowohl in Projekten als auch im laufenden Betrieb
  • Beratung des Fachbereichs zu sämtlichen Themen rund um SAP SuccessFactors

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich EC, Recruiting oder Onboarding
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
