  • Drucker: Einrichtung , Austausch, Druckerwarteschlange einrichten
  • Desktop-PCs und Laptops: Neuinstallation (nach Anleitung)
  • Hardware am Arbeitsplatz: Aufbau und Demontage von PC-/Laptop-Arbeitsplätzen einschließlich Bildschirm, Drucker, Telefonen (IP-Telefone)
  • Smartphones: Auspacken, Software-Updates (nach Anleitung)

Requirements

  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows
  • Kenntnisse mit mobilen Endgeräten
  • Kenntnisse gängige Peripherie
  • GĂźltiger FĂźhrerschein der Klasse B (fĂźr Fahrten zum Einsatzort)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse fĂźr die Kommunikation mit internationalen Teams oder Dokumentationen
  • Berufserfahrung in der IT (z. B. im IT-Support, Rollout, Hardware-/Software-Service) WĂźnschenswert
