- Betreuung von Kunden innerhalb der TechLounge sowie im Floorwalk
- Erstellen von Tickets im Tickettool des Kunden
- Fehleranalyse und Zusammenfassung im Ticketsystem fĂźr 2nd Level
- LĂśsung von Problemen auf Basis von Einträgen in der Wissensdatenbank oder Anleitungenââ
- 1st Level Betreuung fĂźr Hardware der folgenden Typen
- Windows: Notebooks/Detachables/Convertables Win10/Win11
- MacOS: MacBooks
- iOS: iphone/iPad (inkl. BYOD)
- MS Office (Microsoft)
- VDI Software (Citrix)
- Bitlocker
- Device und User Management in Azure & Intune
- Ausgabe und RĂźcknahme von Notebooks bei dringendem Bedarf der Anwender
- Betreuung von deutsch- und englischsprachigen Anwendern
- Grundkenntnisse in der Softwareverteilung (Hilfestellung bei Installation von paketierter Software)
Requirements
- GĂźltiger FĂźhrerschein der Klasse B (fĂźr Fahrten zum Einsatzort)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse fĂźr die Kommunikation mit internationalen Teams oder Dokumentationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT (z. B. im IT-Support, Rollout, Hardware-/Software-Service)
- Fundiertes technisches Verständnis im Hard- und Softwarebereich
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten beim Kunden vor Ort
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen oder Vor-Ort-Einsätzen
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
