Job description

SuccessFactors Analyst Global law firm with fantastic offices in a sought-after London location is seeking to hire a technical and analytical SuccessFactors Analyst. This role offers a great opportunity to deepen experience in data and insights while gaining broader exposure to systems configuration, workflow improvements, and project support. What’s On Offer: Salary to £60,000Hybrid working - 3 days office / 2 days remoteExcellent employee benefitsCity location / Bank SuccessFactors Analyst - What You’ll Be Doing: Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactorsSupport people systems projects, including workflow improvements, configuration changes, planned maintenance, upgrades, testing, rollouts, and documentation in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the People team to identify system improvements and implement configuration changesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR

Requirements

and the wider businessSupport cyclical HR projects such as Gender Pay Gap, annual fee earner regrading, and appraisal processesAssist in the rollout of new HR technologies and digital initiativesProvide training and support to HR users and other stakeholders on system functionality and best practices SuccessFactors Analyst - What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year’s proven experience in HR Systems Administration or Analysis within a law firmExperience with global HR systems / SAP SuccessFactors, and multi-jurisdictional data is essentialA strong understanding of HR processes and data structuresProficiency in reporting tools, data analysis and manipulating data using MS ExcelExperience with system configuration, testing, and documentationKnowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
