Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HRIS Analyst to join a global law firm on a 9-month fixed-term contract, supporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors., Provide functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off. Investigate system issues, data discrepancies and user queries, escalating where required. Support system configuration, permissions, workflows, business rules, testing and continuous improvements. Design and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Story Reporting. Develop Power BI dashboards and data models for HR reporting, workforce analytics and leadership insights. Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, reconciliation, testing and quality checks. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical HRIS and reporting solutions. Support releases, enhancements and post-go-live activity, including testing and impact assessment. Produce documentation and provide knowledge transfer on SuccessFactors configuration, reporting and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off. Extensive experience with native SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Report Centre and Story Reporting. Strong Power BI skills covering dashboard development, data modelling and data transformation. Strong HR data analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy. Experience supporting system testing, releases, issue resolution and continuous improvement within an HRIS environment. Ability to translate technical concepts and reporting requirements for non-technical stakeholders. Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively within a global team.
