An international legal firm looking for an HR Systems Analyst to become the go-to expert for their HRIS. If a clean data set or a well-built workflow makes your day, read on.You’ll join a friendly HR Operations, MI & Systems team, hybrid (roughly 60/40 office/remote) from London.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the go-to person for our SAP SuccessFactors platform:Key point of contact for HR system queries and issues across Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Reporting, Employee Central Payroll, Onboarding, Succession and Development.Owning position management end-to-end, plus regular system tasks - imports, bulk updates, config changes, permissions, onboarding documents.Planning and rolling out platform enhancements.Supporting data cleanses and reconciliations alongside our HR Reporting Analyst.Running the time off/absence module, including period-end processing and absence buy/sell.Applying EC Payroll and GUI knowledge to support payroll.Partnering with IT, Finance and our
Requirements
AMS vendor on integrations and support tickets.Supporting platform governance - release management, testing, production moves - and training colleagues on SuccessFactors.Must-haves:Hands-on SAP/SuccessFactors experience across modules including EC, ECP (including GUI), Onboarding, Comp, PMGM, Succession & Development.A track record of leading medium-to-high complexity systems enhancements or module rollouts, comfortable thinking through global design and end-to-end implementation impacts.Confident intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF formulas).Nice-to-haves:SAP SuccessFactors (SFX) System Admin Accreditation.Curiosity about generative or agentic AI within SuccessFactors - if you’ve experimented with it, even better.A working understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR.You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who:Explains complex, technical things in a way that actually makes sense to non-technical people.Builds genuine trust with stakeholders and turns their (sometimes vague!) requirements into real system solutions.Loves digging into data and turning it into recommendations people can act on.Stays calm and accurate when priorities shift or deadlines tighten. #J-18808-Ljbffr
