Infrastructure Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a modern technology estate, supporting infrastructure projects, cloud adoption initiatives and the ongoing evolution of critical business systems. You’ll join a collaborative team working across the UK and internationally, with exposure to technologies including Azure, VMware, Software Defined WAN and SaaS/IaaS platforms., * Support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services

• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to BAU support
• Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
• Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and recovery procedures
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and service improvement initiatives
• Participate in out-of-hours support when required

• VMware administration
• Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID
• Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2022
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Sites & Services
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability concepts
• Networking fundamentals, routing and troubleshooting
• SolarWinds, SNMP or similar monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills

• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700)
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)
• Azure Virtual Machines, SSO, MFA and SAML
• Hyper-V, FortiGate and Mimecast
• ITIL Foundation
• Cyber Security interest or experience
• Legal applications such as iManage, Aderant or BigHand
