Job description
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Technical Infrastructure Analyst - Commercial Lockbox position! This is a 6-18 month contract and will be remote in United States.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead quality testing efforts for new software features and infrastructure updates within commercial lockbox processing systems
- Manage and coordinate Azure cloud migration initiatives, including testing, documentation, and implementation activities
- Collaborate with Operations Analysts and business teams to support testing work and ensure infrastructure alignment with business needs
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical diagrams using Visio, and support materials for complex infrastructure systems
- Facilitate communications between technology teams, business partners, and vendors to keep fast-moving initiatives organized and on track
- Coordinate vendor-hosted product transitions to cloud-based hosting environments and support custom application deployment
- Work with high-speed document scanning infrastructure and payment processing systems that handle commercial customer transactions
- Support systems that manage seven-year archive storage and customer reporting functionality for commercial lockbox operations
- Partner with senior technical staff to implement infrastructure solutions that meet current and future organizational needs
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers while reviewing technical documentation and proposed changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical engineering roles involving infrastructure design, systems architecture, or complex application development
- Strong critical thinking abilities with proven capacity to learn quickly, ask probing questions, and think outside the box in fast-paced environments
- QA testing mindset with demonstrated ability to identify potential issues, validate functionality, and ensure quality standards
- Proficiency in Visio for creating architectural diagrams and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively engage business partners, technical teams, and vendors at all levels
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team environments, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical implementations
- Solid understanding of server/client architectures, virtual technologies, and how systems interact within enterprise environments
