We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for production roles in a fast-paced and complex recruitment environment. This role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of recruitment, specifically focusing on high-volume recruitment for machine operators on the production floor., * 3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end hourly mass recruitment.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, and full cycle recruiting.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet recruitment targets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with web-based applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Flexibility to work on multiple roles and recruitment-related initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with people leaders and candidates at various levels., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite role with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role covers a leave period and involves a huge ramp-up to open a new facility. The company is highly sought after by employees and offers a collaborative and engaging work environment. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
