Business Development Manager (Commission Only - IT Services)

• Generate new business for IT recruitment and IT project services
• Acquire clients requiring IT contractors, permanent hires, or project-based solutions
• Sell services across AI/ML, ERP, SaaS, and data-driven technology projects
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, networking, and direct client engagement
• Arrange and lead client meetings and presentations
• Negotiate terms and close commercial deals
