Requirements

Ideally, the candidate will have experience with refurbishment projects and working across RIBA Stage 4 and beyond. Strong communication skills are crucial, as the role involves client-facing responsibilities, coordination with consultants, and on-site work with contractors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading practice and play a key role in their office, working with top-tier clients on medium and large-scale projects. While the role is office-based, the company offers flexible working hours with core hours from 10 am to 4 pm, providing flexibility around childcare and other commitments, along with a range of other benefits, including an annual bonus. You will be self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for innovative design and excellent technical skills. A collaborative team player capable of working independently within a team while remaining hands-on with detailed drawing packs. Required software skills include AutoCAD and Revit.
