The role
As Head of Technical Delivery, you will lead the engineering, data and IT functions to ensure SelectScience’s digital products, systems and platforms are delivered, supported and continuously improved. You will own the product delivery roadmap, drive technical execution, and ensure reliability, performance and security across all systems.
You will work closely with Product, Commercial, Editorial and external technology partners to deliver high-quality platform enhancements, new features and scalable technical solutions that support our growth.
This is a full-time hybrid role, reporting directly to the CEO.

- Lead and develop high-performing engineering, data and IT operations teams.
- Drive predictable delivery of product iterations, new features and system improvements.
- Make key architectural decisions to ensure platforms remain scalable, secure and customer-centric.
- Oversee sprint planning, execution, QA and release processes.
- Own the stability, reliability and performance of digital platforms, systems and integrations.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity, compliance, governance and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, aligning technical execution with business goals.
- Manage internal and external engineering, data and IT vendors and partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee data infrastructure, analytics tooling, event tracking and delivery of AI-driven capabilities.
