SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant - Germany - Germany

We are seeking an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant for German payroll deployments. The consultant will support SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery through go-live., * Lead/support client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and documentation.

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll for Germany.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, transformation, migration, and data-security requirements.
• Define payroll integration requirements and support integration workshops and documentation.
• Perform functional testing, resolve defects, support UAT, cutover, go-live, and transition to support teams.
• Support project scoping, solution design, estimates, and change requests where needed.
• Follow SAP Activate/FastTrack implementation methodology.

• Strong functional SAP HCM Payroll experience.
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.
• At least one end-to-end SAP Payroll deployment.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is preferred.
• Candidates located in Germany are strongly preferred.
