ServiceNow Technical Architect

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture (ITSM Pro / Platform)
• Design scalable, reusable solutions aligned to platform standards & governance
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across scripting, integrations, and workflows
• Lead architecture for ITSM, Service Catalog, Employee Center / Portal, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM
• Define and enforce CMDB / CSDM architecture and governance
• Drive integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
• Ensure alignment with enterprise design standards, automation, and best practices

Hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect with proven career progression from Developer * Senior Developer * Architect. The ideal candidate must have a strong, current technical foundation, actively involved in coding, solutioning, and platform design-not limited to governance or advisory roles., Strong expertise in:

• ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Service Catalog
• Platform Architecture, Governance, and Best Practices

Hands-on proficiency in:

• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
• Integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)

Solid experience in:

• CMDB, CSDM, ITIL processes
• Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to balance architecture design + hands-on delivery

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years total IT experience with deep ServiceNow expertise
• Demonstrated progression:
• ServiceNow Developer * Senior Developer * Technical Architect
• Strong recent hands-on development experience (mandatory)
• Experience in global/multi-country transformation programs
• Experience Required: 8-10
