Provide break/fix support for printers, laptops, desktops, and servers
Travel to customer sites for onsite technical support
Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues
Handle service tickets and customer support

Requirements

Do you have experience in Server hardware support?, * 1+ year of IT support experience

Strong printer break/fix skills required
Experience with laptop and server troubleshooting
CompTIA A+ preferred
