Requirements

?? 3-5 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Service Desk experience ?? Strong customer service & communication skills ?? Phone & chat-based technical support experience ?? Windows 10/11 & Office 365 ?? Citrix, VPN & Cisco AnyConnect ?? SharePoint experience ?? ITSM / Remedy is a plus
