Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist - Sap Concur

We are looking for an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist to support the global rollout and ongoing operations of SAP Concur across multiple entities and countries.This role is ideal for a professional with strong T&E process knowledge, hands-on Concur experience, and a proven track record in system implementations, transitions, and process standardization initiatives.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient expense management operations, supporting user adoption, driving compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesConcur Rollout & Transition SupportSupport the implementation and deployment of SAP Concur across multiple countries and business entities.Participate in project activities, testing, and go-live support.Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from legacy expense systems.Assist in process harmonization and standardization activities during rollout phases.T&E Operations & ControlsReview and audit employee expense reports in line with company policies.Investigate exceptions, policy violations, and compliance issues.Support month-end activities, reporting, and reconciliations related to T&E.Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.User Support & TrainingAct as a key point of contact for Concur users, approvers, and finance teams.Deliver end-user training and support adoption of new processes.Maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.Promote best practices and policy compliance.Identify opportunities to streamline and automate T&E processes.Support optimization of approval workflows and expense audit controls.Contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives to enhance decision-making.Support standardization efforts across regions and entities.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience working with SAP Concur in a T&E operations, support, or implementation role.Proven experience participating in system implementations, migrations, transitions, or process transformation projects.Strong understanding of travel and expense processes, controls, and compliance requirements.Experience working in a Shared Services or multinational environment is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience are considered an advantage.Fluent English; German is a plus.What We Are Looking ForHands-on Concur expert with a strong operational mindset.Experience supporting global or regional rollouts and change initiatives.Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, standardization, and user experience.Why Join UsCompetitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.The bonus is calculated according to the company’s performance.Stable employment conditions: permanent contractTicket Restaurants *** euro net by year)Life insurance paid for by the companyPossibility to apply at any time for private medical insurance with AdeslasModern office in an attractive location in Barcelona (5 minutes walking from Sants Train Station)Friendly and international working environment with collaborative spirit.We have employees with +33 different nationalities in our Barcelona office!Access to an online platform reserved for our employees where you can benefit from discounts on more than 50 brands including fashion, technology, travel, culture, etc.Remote work policy: the company provides 250 euro per year gross to manage internet and other expenses.Teleworking model: hybrid model with a lot of flexibilityFlexible benefits in transport, education, kindergarten.#J-***-Ljbffr

Experience working with SAP Concur in a T&E operations, support, or implementation role. Proven experience participating in system implementations, migrations, transitions, or process transformation projects.
