Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. This strategic role serves as a trusted analytics partner, delivering actionable insights that improve clinical operations, patient care, and organizational decision-making.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare BI professional with strong expertise in Epic Clarity, Caboodle, SQL, Power BI, and enterprise reporting solutions, along with the ability to partner closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to design and deliver impactful analytics solutions., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Clinical Informatics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

-4+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related analytics role.

-4+ years of experience working with relational databases and SQL development.

-Experience developing semantic layers and data preparation models.

-Experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and managing small-to-medium projects.

-Experience working with dimensional modeling and star schema data structures

-Advanced PowerBI

-Epic Clarity/Caboodle/Cogito certifications within 6 months of hire (fully funded) Epic Certifications: Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, RWB, Radar
