Full-Stack Engineer

Department: Product

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable)

Motion is transforming how care homes deliver person-centred care and communicate with families. Having demonstrated significant traction and impact, and with recognition from the BBC and The Times, we are now scaling across the UK. Following a successful funding round, we are building a high-impact team to shape the future of care.

Whether you are building features, designing intuitive experiences, or developing strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in a startup where every line of code, partner call, or design decision contributes to meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain full-stack feature using React and Node.js
  • Ship secure and maintainable code in regular releases
  • Work closely with design, product, and users
  • Use tools like Copilot and Cursor to increase velocity
  • Contribute to code quality, architecture, and documentation
