Data Reporting and Analytics Lead

We’re looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused Data Reporting & Analytics Lead to work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior executives across the Group.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how performance is measured, reported and acted upon across a diverse international education business. You’ll develop insightful reporting, build intuitive dashboards, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement efficient data collection and reporting processes across multiple business units.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
• Create performance reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of organisational performance.
• Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and data interpretation.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement.
• Transform complex datasets into concise, impactful presentations for executive audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, data quality and analytics capabilities.

We’re interested in individuals who combine strong technical capability with commercial curiosity and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or performance management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise.
• A track record of building dashboards and producing insightful management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business actions.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
• A degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
