Описание: Referment is partnering with a quantitative investment firm where infrastructure is treated as a competitive advantage and engineers build and operate core technology platforms.

Задачи

Design, build and operate hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure and on-premise environments
Design and improve cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure
Build secure, resilient and scalable platforms for production workloads
Work on cloud networking, including routing, connectivity, DNS and hybrid infrastructure
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting
Drive improvements in monitoring, observability and incident response
Own infrastructure lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching and resilience
Work with networking, security and development teams to deliver practical engineering solutions
Evaluate new technologies and help shape the platform’s future technical direction.

Требования

Several years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering
Strong Linux systems administration experience
Good knowledge of AWS and/or Azure
Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools
Solid networking fundamentals
Experience supporting production infrastructure
Python or other scripting experience
A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
A can-do mentality, curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to take ownership and work across multiple infrastructure areas
Ability to solve problems collaboratively and understand how the business works
Nice to have: experience within financial services.
