Job description

  • Provide technical support for workstations, mobile devices, software, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain employee hardware and business applications.
  • Support Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, file systems, and user accounts.
  • Assist users with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe, and related applications.
  • Monitor system performance, backups, security tools, and software licensing.
  • Coordinate technology onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, assets, and recurring issues.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline. 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience. Experience supporting architecture, engineering, or design environments preferred. Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, networks, and user administration. Familiarity with Autodesk applications and large design files preferred. Understanding of cybersecurity, backup, and access management practices. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Benefits & conditions

Annual salary of $60,000 to $75,000. Annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 4%.
